A full 24 hour x 365 days a year call out service is available at all times.
Our National network of emergency services are run from our Head Office, Central Control based in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex. The Central Controls’ switchboard is constantly attended 24 hours a day, there are no answering machines. From the very offset it is a personal one-to-one service with our customers, Every job is just as important as the next, from the largest Commercial to the smallest Domestic, we give the same amount of urgency in there attendance.
Our system is based on rapid communication between our Central Control office and the area tradesman. Efficiency on the part of Central Control and the speed of response by the area tradesman is what ensures our marketing pledge of a “45 minutes service” and is paramount to our future success.
